FROM CREATION TO YOUR HANDS
CREATION
Your designer will ask for several necessary details, including contact info, measurements, material, quantity, inspiration, and more
Accurate quotes are provided once your designer has acquired all neccesary information
Certain projects require a half-down deposit prior to design or distribution to production, such as projects with meticulous design or specially-ordered material
DESIGN & APPROVAL
Your designer will reach out to you with a first draft of your design
Depending on the project, your designer will send you several iterations for you to choose from
Your input is critical for this step of the process. By approving a design, you are accepting that your project will come out exactly as presented, and cannot be changed once it has been sent into production.
DISTRIBUTION TO PRODUCTION
Once design approval has been reached, you will be sent an invoice to your email.
You may choose to pay the remainder of your balance prior to pickup, or upon pickup.
You can pay your invoice online through Quickbooks. All projects paid for in-person and over-the-phone incur a 4% card fee. SIGNHAUS also accepts cash or check.
PICKUP
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 to 5:00, with an hour break from 12:00 to 1:00 for lunch. Note that if you arrive during lunch hours, there is no guarantee an office person will be there to assist, unless previously discussed.
Upon pickup, you will need to complete payment, and confirm you've picked up the order in its entirety. We will gladly fix any production errors, but the product is your responsibility once it exists the premises.
